The main office is located in the heart of the Lincoln Park area of Chicago in the Medical Office Center of Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. This site provides an enclosed parking garage and is accessible by public transportation. Our board certified doctor is on staff at St. Joseph Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and Thorek Hospital. The physician and staff are fluent in Spanish.
