I am admitted to Practice Law in the United Stated Tax Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Federal district Courts of Mississippi, All Mississippi Courts, and all Texas Courts. Prior to entering the practice of law, I served as the Chief financial Officer of a Dallas-based insurance brokerage firm where I oversaw the company s financial accounting and tax operations. During my legal career, I have represented hundreds of taxpayers in cases involving the IRS.The Mississippi Department of Revenue (MDOR), and federal/State Criminal Investigations for Tax Evasion & Fraud.
