After attending both Boston College Law School, Mr. Portilla secured a coveted position as a judicial law clerk to a New York State Supreme Court Judge. From there, Mr. Portilla joined a large Midtown firm where he practiced in the areas of complex commercial and civil and securities litigation. Mr. Portilla has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from the most routine to the most complex; advising clients on business transactions; and guiding clients through each stage of the litigation cycle.
