In 2011, I established my own practice which includes both civil and criminal representation. Motivated by a desire to represent real people in the court room, not insurance companies, I used the experience and skills gained in my civil practice to expand into criminal law and representation of persons injured by the negligence of others. I now devote my practice to both criminal defense and personal injury. With respect to my criminal law practice, I represent individuals in misdemeanor and felony matters in State and Federal court. I defend individuals in criminal matters ranging from DUI's and insurance fraud, to serious and violent felonies such as sexual assault and drug crimes. In my civil practice, I represent victims in serious injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, products liability, and intentional tort matters.
