Priscilla Phipps is a Colorado native and graduated from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. She is licensed to practice in all Colorado state courts and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She also currently serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for Children in Jefferson & Gilpin counties, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the 1st Judicial Bar Association, and Christian Legal Society.
