For over 30 years, I have fought for and to preserve the constitutional and civil rights of the "little guys" from and against governmental and private excesses, intrusions and interference into their lives. My practice includes the areas of civil rights involving employment law, e.g. sexual harassment and discrimination, age, race and disability, retaliatory and wrongful discharge, and constitutional rights, e.g. speech and due process. My practice has involved unusual, controversial and difficult cases which other lawyers avoid, as well as general litigation.
