Le Colonial is one of New York City's premier fine dining French-Vietnamese restaurants. Le Colonial is open seven days a week. The restaurant can accommodate private seated dinners from 12-55 guests and cocktail parties with up to 100 guests. Menu items include oxtail soup with rice noodles, seafood dumplings in clear broth, spring rolls, grilled shrimp wrapped around sugar cane, steamed Vietnamese ravioli of chicken and shitake mushrooms, stir-fried seafood, grilled eggplant and house fried rice. Le Colonial s lounge is upstairs from the main dining room. The lounge features rattan couches, antique Oriental rugs, low wooden tables and light jazz music. Le Colonial also has locations in Chicago, San Francisco and West Hollywood, Calif.
