Michael F. Leban has practiced law in Hampton Roads for nearly twenty-five years. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and Joined the United States Navy which brought him to this area. Following his naval service, he attended Duke University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Leban clerked for the United States District Court in Norfolk and then went into private law practice. He is admitted to practice in all Virginia State courts and the federal courts for Virginia as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer representing injured clients in the fields of personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice. In addition, for many years, he has been actively involved in the formation, management and counseling of local area small businesses.
