Based in Atlanta, Lenbrook is a full-service retirement community. It is a nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based health care services since 1983. The retirement community is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities and the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission.
