To empower you with practical and personalized skills to cope with stressful situations, emotional experiences, and personal relationships. My aim be to get you out of therapy in the shortest time possible.

We work together to identify triggers and beliefs around distressing situations and develop strategies to help navigate these and reduce your emotional distress.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a solution-focused form of psychotherapy. I will teach you to recognize your self-defeating thoughts and replace them with healthier ones in order to increase well-being, goal achievement, your life-satisfaction and your productivity.

Therapy can offer a safe, comfortable and supportive environment to find perspective, reveal options and solve problems.I can't guarantee you will have a hassle-free life, but I hope to make it easier to navigate those hassles.
