Wellness is more than the absence of illness. Wellness means enjoying life to the fullest. For this we were created.

Our bodies are special and deserve good care. When we take care of our body, our mind feels better as well. We are a spiritual being in a human body. We are thinking creatures as well. Body, mind and spirit are integrally related; what affects one affects the other.

My purpose is to help people discover and integrate a balanced lifestyle as part of their living and being.

Proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, and the practice of relaxation techniques are the mainstay of wellness.

My wish for all people is peace and healing. It is my pleasure to serve in this way along with the practice of traditional medicine.
