Established in 1949 as the Robert Roesler de Villiers Foundation, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is one of the leading voluntary health care organizations in the United States. It supports blood cancer research, education and patient related services. The organization also provides the public, families and health professionals with information and referral services regarding leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin s disease and myeloma.
