Established in 1984, LifeCare Pregnancy Center is a Christ-centered, nonprofit organization that focuses on the promotion of Biblical perspective on sexuality and pregnancy. The organization provides pregnancy testing and limited ultrasound imaging services. It also offers crisis counseling, housing assistance, emotional support and court advocacy services to the victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as residential shelter, refugee and children s care services. In addition, LifeCare Pregnancy Center provides post-abortion stress management services; maintains a network with several regional adoption agencies; and conducts parenting sessions on weekly basis. It is located in Raleigh, N.C., and is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. The organization is affiliated with the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates.
