Located at Hefner Road and the Lake Hefner Parkway, the Lighthouse Sports Fitness & Health is a health club in Oklahoma City. The Lighthouse provides exercise equipment, programs and trainers for club members. It also has a swimming pool and provides swimming lessons and nursery services for children. The Lighthouse also offers members with recreational sports facilities, such as basketball courts, and organizes or promotes area fitness activities, such as marathons, triathlons and tournaments.
