Liskow & Lewis was established in 1935, when Cullen Liskow and Austin Lewis formed their law partnership. The firm s New Orleans office was opened in 1959, and houses nearly 70 attorneys. Its Lafayette, La. office opened in 1962, including more than 20 attorneys and is located in Lafayette s Oil Center. The firm has a track record of accomplishment in practice areas including oil-and-gas related work, admiralty, casualty, business law and litigation, alternative dispute resolution as well as appellate practice, environmental law, white-collar criminal law, construction law, employment law, and intellectual property. In 2005, Liskow & Lewis expanded into Houston to meet the growing needs of its clients.
