Little Tokyo Service Center, established in 1979, is a nonprofit organization that provides assistance and support programs to low-income individuals suffering from physical disabilities. Its areas of operation include community organizing and planning; housing and real estate development; business counseling and financial assistance; managing independent and assisted living centers. The services offered by the center include individual and family counseling, support groups, transportation and translation services, emergency caregiver programs and consumer education. It undertakes community and social service programs, such as blood donation camps, emergency support and disaster relief funds. The center also provides mentoring and after school enrichment programs to students. Little Tokyo Service Center is located in Los Angeles.
