Lombardi has managed a small law firm for nearly 15 years; prior to that time he was a litigation associate for a major insurance defense firm. Most recently, Frank served as a Probate Clerk and Judge for the City of Providence. He has also lectured extensively in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Law. He has also represented major Rhode Island developers regarding various zoning, planning and land use development issues. Frank and his associates have argued matters before all of the courts in Rhode Island. With two associates, Jodi M.
