Lung Fung Restaurant in North Portland, Oregon was established and managed by the Liu family since 1980. In 1980 the Liu family (Mr. Chi Liu with wife Rebecca) purchased the restaurant, renovated it & added a variety of new Northern Chinese Mandarin & Szechuan dishes to the faire. As active Chinese restaurateurs & community leaders, the Liu's were pioneers in bringing in the Dragon Boat Races to the City of Portland.
