Located in Omaha, Neb., The Lutheran Home is a full-service nursing and rehabilitation center. It offers personalized service and health care plans in addition to nursing care and rehabilitative services. The center has a team of skilled professionals who represent medical, nursing, social service and dietary departments. The Lutheran Home offers dental, hearing and therapeutic services; regular health assessments and counseling; crisis intervention medical services; and home safety evaluations.
