The company has established a separate marketing identity for each of its principal product lines, Coventry Homes, Plantation Homes and Pioneer Homes. The MHI management team uses computer-aided systems linking production, accounting and purchasing systems to monitor the stages of each home under construction from initial design through subcontractor bidding, construction and delivery. MHI builds homes in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Fort Worth and San Antonio, Texas.
