Surveying Services Mackay Engineering & Surveying Company employs two full-time field crews. Our field crews use Total Stations and Data Collectors to collect field information. Once the field information is collected, our office staff then uses AutoCAD and SurvCADD to produce final survey drawings. ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys are complete surveys of parcels of land based upon the standards set forth by American Land Title Association, American Congress on Surveying & Mapping, and the National Society for Professional Surveyors. ALTA/ACSM Surveys include boundary determination, location of all buildings, parking, curbs, etc. located on the parcel, location of utilities ( by above ground observation and record information ), and determination of any encroachments.
