Mac Queen Equipment s service department provides service and repairs in-house and in the field. The company offers a range of products that includes asphalt equipment, cranes, four-wheel drive heavy-duty trucks, sewer cleaners and equipment, snow and ice control equipment, solid waste and recycling equipment, street sweepers and brooms, turf maintenance equipment, truck-mounted bodies, suspensions and trailers. Mac Queen also carries an inventory of normal wear and replacement parts for each product line it carries at its St. Paul, Minn., facility. The inventory department occupies a part of the 21,000-square-foot facility. A large, outdoor field is also located on the company s premises and serves as a storage area for larger items and trade-in equipment.
