The Maplewood Care Center is a more than 150-bed long-term care facility that offers skilled nursing care services. The center features a memory care unit and over 45-bed transitional care facility. It provides physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as Internet access. The Maplewood Care Center also features a library that maintains a collection of videos, books and magazines. The center includes a waterfall park, outside smoking area, dining units, visiting lounges and living rooms. In addition, it accepts insurance programs from several companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. The Maplewood Care Center is managed by the Volunteers of America.
