Maricopa County Adult Probation provides prevention, intervention and restorative justice services. It assists with court accompaniment to probation violation, domestic violence review, and restitution hearings. The department provides assistance to victims of crime and undertakes research-based prevention and intervention services. Its areas of operation include assessing and managing offender risk by enforcing court orders; providing opportunities for social change; enforcing law-abiding behavior and personal accountability; and facilitating victim involvement and restorative justice services.
