Located in Columbus, Ga., Marshall Middle School provides educational programs to more than 500 students in grades six through eight. Established in 1930, the school has partnerships with Carl Gregory Enterprises and Fourth Street Baptist Church. It supports several sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, and track and field. Marshall Middle School offers membership for reading, science, math and chess clubs. The school provides classes in English, math, language arts, science and social studies. Its guidance department offers individual and group counseling sessions. The school organizes, award functions, assemblies, talent shows, and math and reading nights. Marshall Middle School is governed by the Muscogee County School District.
