Martha's Table

Martha's Table is a nonprofit, social welfare organization that assists children, youth, families and individuals through educational programs, food, clothing and enrichment opportunities. It operates various childhood development centers and elementary schools that provide education, recreational programs and meals to children. It also offers parent training and education classes to parents. Its food program McKenna s Wagon provides meals to approximately 1200 homeless families and individuals everyday. Food ingredients are donated by grocery chains, food stores, cafeterias, bakeries and private groups. Its clothing center, Martha's Outfitters, provides free and low cost clothing, linens, toiletries, books and children's supplies to low-income families and individuals. Martha's Table is located in Washington, D.C.
