I am sensitive and caring, and know and relate to the challenges the counseling process brings. I provide a range of psychotherapy and consulting services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I work with people who are experiencing difficulty with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, life transitions, career, conflict, communication, and interpersonal relationships at home or at work. I assist people with stress management, assertiveness training, and adjustment problems related to a variety of difficulties. I design and facilitate tailored workshops for teens, and facilitate groups including bipolar, depression, anxiety, internet dating frustrations, women's issues, breast cancer survivor support, and areas specifically focused on connecting with and achieving ones full potential.
