Founded in 1999, Mas Sake Freestyle Sushi is a Japanese and Mexican fusion restaurant, serving nontraditional sushi. Located in San Francisco, Calif., the restaurant offers several standard traditional Japanese dishes, such as sashimi, nigri and chicken teriyaki dinners, to name a few. It also has a selection of rolls with unique flavors, such as preserved lemon, cajun shrimp, mango cilantro and jalapeno. Mas Sake Freestyle Sushi has partnered with Village Green Energy to use the renewable energy in its restaurants across Northern California.
