The Mastellone Deli has been a part of the neighborhood since the 1930s. The original location was on Union Street, near Columbia Street. By the early '70s, management of the shop had passed to the next generation of Mastellones. In 1977, the store moved to 301 Court Street (the current location of Winn Discount) and expanded its inventory of gourmet and Italian foods
