Darren wanted to create an environment that empowered his staff to pursue excellence and personal development for success beyond their employment, not only for themselves but also for their family and community. His business focus was not strictly for services to patients. It was also for the success of his employees. For him, the mission was clear: To create the best environment we can for our staff, so that together we can succeed in optimally servicing our patients and empowering them toward their goals. In August 2005, Darren opened a door to his dream: A truly progressive physical therapy clinic where patients are considered as partners in pursuit of total wellbeing, rather than just people who need treatments. Maximum Impact started in a 1, 000 sq. ft. office with Darren as the owner and sole employee. Now, the clinic is in a 4, 200 sq. ft. space with a talented team of 16 staff members. Maximum Impact's success stems from a multitude of beliefs and practices including: The staff, treatment philosophy, specialty treatments, customer service, and unique business practices.
