Edward C. Mazique Parent Child Center was founded in 1968 to work with families in their homes to improve prenatal health and healthy birth outcomes. With a more than 30, 000 square feet of child development facility, it is a nonprofit organization that serves approximately 300 children and their families. The center receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, United Planning Organization and United Way, as well as parent fees, foundations and individual donations. Edward C.
