Established in 1960, McCormick Place is one of the leading convention facilities in North America. Located in Chicago, Ill., the meeting facility attracts approximately 3 million visitors each year. The convention center is comprised of four state-of-the-art buildings, including the north and south buildings, the west building and Lakeside Center. It amenities include over 2.6 million square feet of exhibit halls, 173 meeting rooms, 4 ballrooms, assembly seating for 18,000 people, a 4,249 seat theater and 600,000 square feet of meeting room space. In addition, a series of pedestrian promenades and sky bridges link the entire campus.
