MEA Medical Clinics was founded in 1979 by a group of physicians. It operates more than 10 clinics in Pearl, Madison, Canton, South Jackson, Clinton and Richland cities in Mississippi. The center serves the ambulatory and primary care needs of patients. MEA Medical Clinics provides the Employee Assistance Program through MEA Cares. Its occupational medicine services include drug screens and pre-placement and breath alcohol exams. The center also maintains a drug testing facility to serve public and private sector clients, including the Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Highway Administration. In addition, MEA Medical Clinics operates MEA Ambulatory Care Clinics to offer X-ray, diagnostic and laboratory testing services.
