Dr. Shadowen is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She has been in the Bowling Green area since 1989 and in this practice structure since 1995.

Physician and nursing services to the infected patient, difficult illnesses, travelers, and intravenous infusion therapies. We are a yellow fever vacinnation center. Dr. Shadowen and her nurse practitioner see hospital and office patients at the office location, The Medical Center and Greenview Regional Hospitals. Dr. Shadowen also practices Healthcare Epidemiology and does clinical research.
