In 1920, Charles Meek Sr., opened the first Meek Lumber Yard. With more than 80 years of experience in the building materials industry, Meek's Building Center has more than 30 locations in the Midwest United States, with a general office located in Springfield, Mo. There are 15 centers in the West Coast division, with a general office located in Sacramento, Calif. The company s products include decking materials, door materials, roofing materials, window materials, siding materials, building materials and a variety of power tools. The company has locations throughout Missouri, Arkansas, California and Nevada. Meek's Building Center has a location in Redding, Calif.
