Part of a 50-50, nonprofit partnership between University Hospitals Health System and the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System, Mercy Medical Center is a 480-bed hospital that serves residents of southeastern Ohio. Its more than 550 physicians specialize in ambulatory care, breast care, cardiology, dialysis, hyperbaric medicine, nutrition, occupational therapy, pain management, pediatrics, physical therapy, psychiatry, radiology, rehabilitation, sports medicine, surgery, women s health and a variety of other medical fields. The center also manages six outpatient health facilities in the region. Mercy Medical Center is located in Canton, Ohio. Its service area includes Stark, Carroll, Wayne, Holmes and Tuscarawas counties.
