Located in Chillicothe, Ohio, it is a sister concern of Merle Norman Cosmetics, engaged in manufacturing and supplying complete line of skin care and color cosmetic products for women. The parent company researches, develops, manufactures and packages its own products and has major warehouse facilities in Los Angeles and Memphis.
