In 1991, Metal Chem Inc. was established by Guillermo Aguilera and Carlos Pongo. At that time, Metal Chem Inc. was a very small business with only a couple of employees. The services available were only Chemical Film and Anodizing. After developing many strong customers, Metal Chem Inc. had the opportunity to add two new processes to the business, Passivate and Zinc plating. After only two years of undergoing new experience, Metal Chem Inc. was able to move to a larger facility, our current location in Chatsworth, California. Presently, Metal Chem Inc. provides plating, mil-spec painting, and powder coating services. In the near future we will be able to expand our processes in order to comply with the needs of the ever growing plating business.
