Mi Cocina is a chain of restaurants that specializes in Texan-Mexican cuisine. Founded in 1991 by Michael Rodriquez and his wife Carolina, it operates outlets at more than 10 locations in the United States. Its menu includes enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos, fajitas, pan-seared chicken breasts, grilled marinated rib eye beef and Chile lime-seasoned shrimp. The chain s restaurants also offer a variety of beverages that includes iced tea, lemonade, French roast coffee and soft drinks. The restaurant chain is operated by the M. Crowd Restaurant Group, which also operates restaurants under the names Taco Diner, The Mercury Grill, Mainstream Fish House and Fort Worth Chophouse. Mi Cocina maintains several locations in Dallas.
