Angus riserve aged 21 days tenderloin topped with a bourbon whiskey gorgonzola demi-glaze served with grilled asparagus and a portabello mushroom potato cake and then topped with a pan seared lobstertail thats been saute' with white wine herb and butter sauce. Home made lobster ravioli in a safron cream sauce, home made gnocchi in a pesto sweet gorgonzola cream sauce, fresh salmon filet topped with a lemon white wine caper sauce, angus riserve tenderloin aged 21 days, steaks are cut off the loin when ordered, seafood is flown in fresh on dry ice and hand cut by the chef and owner Cosimo Battaglia.
