The Dispatcher will ask your name and reservation number. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a vehicle description with its license plate number. Midway airport regulations require taxi vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 5-10 minutes for the car to reach you.
