Founded in 1972, Minnieville Elementary School is a year-round school that enrolls more than 600 students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as language arts, social studies, art, music and physical education. It offers several special programs, including environmental impact analysis, English as a Second Language, reading recovery, Head Start and primary education. The school additionally offers a school-age child care program that provides before and after-school child care.
