Michael has over 11 years of experience in civil design and 10 years with Bentley products. He is a successfully published author of InRoads training/reference manuals and custom training documents. As a project manager, Michael utilizes excellent organizational skills allowing him to successfully meet his client's needs. He believes balancing attention to detail and understanding the big picture is the key to a successful project. Melynda joined MJM Consulting, LLC in 2003. She currently manages the business side of MJM Consulting including customer support and marketing. In addition, Melynda assists with technical editing, publication, and distribution of training materials. Dominic possesses over 18 years combined experience as a videographer, video editor, photographer, graphic artist, and web designer. He spent 10 years as an audiovisual specialist and combat cameraman in the US Army. He is proficient in utilizing today's industry standard software, including the Adobe Master Collection. Dominic is committed to project quality, customer satisfaction, and demonstrates a unique talent in many multimedia genres.
