Moreland Middle School offers lessons in an array of subjects, including civics, geography, English, science and math. In addition, the school provides education in several elective subjects, such as creative arts, reading, art, band, drama, choir, family and consumer science and study skills. The middle school employs a number of resource specialists and office personnel. Moreland Middle School offers various sports programs that include cross country, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track and field. It operates a cafeteria and library. The middle school provides education to students in grades six through eight and is located in San Jose, Calif.
