Mountain Park Health Center provides basic health care services, such as immunization, care for illness and health maintenance. It offers a wide range of services that include primary care vision services, immunizations behavioral health, health education classes, mammography, prenatal care confidential HIV testing and internal medicine outreach services. It also offers women, infants and children programs, as well as radiology, gynecologic and dental services. The center has more than 300 employees, including over 60 clinicians. It has partnership with Banner Good Samaritan Hospital, Maryvale Hospital & Medical Center, Phoenix Children s Hospital and St. Joseph s Hospital & Medical Center. Mountain Park Health Center was established in 1980 and is located in Phoenix.
