Form Tools Incorporated is a small to mid-volume manufacturer with extensive experience and expertise producing high-tolerance, complex tools and component parts. The items we make may be used directly in our customers' products or as parts of automated manufacturing equipment used to produce our customers' products. We employ wire and conventional electrical discharge machining ( EDM ), small hole EDM, CNC turning and milling, surface and cylindrical grinding and numerous other processes. In addition to our state of the art equipment we have a stable, highly-skilled team available to assist you. On average, our employees have ten years tenure with us and more than twenty years industry experience. 2006 was the 25th anniversary of our business and we have been under the same management since 1982.
