Founded in 1993, My Home, Your Home is a nonprofit social services agency that provides transitional care services. Its treatment foster care program offers residential care services for teenagers. The agency s placement stabilization center provides a temporary placement for young men ages 12 to 17 years old who have been disrupted from their current out-of-home placement. Its access to recovery is a consumer-driven alcohol and other drug abuse program that is designed to identify strengths, barriers and treatment needs for individuals and families who fight with the destructive effects of drug and alcohol abuse. The agency also provides training and education for staff members, families and children. My Home, Your Home is located in Milwaukee.
