KCKK-AM radio in Denver, is part of Lincoln Financial Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lincoln National Corporation, an insurance and financial services company. Beginning with its first radio station in 1934, Lincoln Financial Media has grown to over 18 radio stations, all in top 50 markets, and three television stations in major southeastern markets including North Carolina's first TV station. In addition, the company's Lincoln Financial Sports (formerly known as JP Sports) unit produces and syndicates broadcasts of college football and basketball games for the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and Southeastern Conference (SEC). Lincoln Financial Media is based in Greensboro, N.C.
