MyKEY TRAINING - program that consists of Fitness, Basketball Training, or Sports Conditioning. Resistance Training, Flexibility Training, Cardiorespiratory Training, Core Training, Balance Training, Plyometric Training, and SAQ Training. We use our knowledge of basketball or fitness towards an individual or groups to improve their skills or reach their achievements through a fun and organized training program.One goal at a time. Coach Mykey is a Certified Personal Trainer by The National Academy of Sports & Medicine (NASM), and a certified basketball coach by The American Sport Education Program (ASEP). He went to California State University Northridge, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies in 2012. He was on a path to be an elementary school teacher. However, basketball, fitness, and sports has always been his passion. He like being in shape by going to the gym and playing basketball. In 2011, he started as a volunteer coach at Eagle Rock Recreation Center to coach youth basketball. During the course of the season, the players learned a lot from him and the parents were pleased on how he was helping their children improve. From then on, parents started calling to train them for basketball, and that was when he realized he was making a difference helping people and what he wanted to do for a career. In 2014, he took a chance and started MyKEY TRAINING.
