The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Minnesota provides mental health services. The nonprofit organization offers education, support and advocacy. Located in Saint Paul, Minn., it conducts workshops, which educates on topics, such as mental illnesses, treatments, coping strategies, the mental health system and local resources, among others. The center also provides support and information to kids who have a parent or sibling with a mental illness. It is a recipient of the National noble award.
